everything was nice, convenient location near to the airport, dolphin mall and a walmart supercenter, a basketball court and the surrounding areas, really nice experience. the food was good, had lots of options.

The building and rooms with the king bed are nice. Plenty of supplies in the room - a writing desk, storage, and power sockets. the staff is efficient. Great and absolutely perfect location, close to the cruise port and nearby mall.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our early morning flight. We also appreciated the free water we received as part of the loyalty program. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate living area and kitchenette. Having breakfast options and a 24-hour snack shop was a great convenience. The staff at the front desk was helpful and parking was free.

Items were not replenished and towels were not replaced. The power outage during our stay was a major inconvenience, as the rooms became stuffy with no way to let in fresh air.

The location was convenient, with a shuttle to the nearby Dolphin Mall for shopping and easy access to major attractions. Our spacious suite had a separate living area and kitchenette, perfect for our family. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. we were impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient amenities.

The shuttle service could use some improvement in terms of attitude and manners.
